Office Policies

If you have any questions about our office policies, please call our office during business hours.

Appointments

New Patients: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Our patient registration forms are available under new patient forms, if you would like to fill them out and bring them with you. If you have dental insurance please bring your insurance card with you.

Existing Patients: We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Insurance

We do accept all dental insurances and are PPO providers for all the local plans. As a courtesy we bill your insurance for you. If you have questions about your dental plan or coverage please call the office and we will be happy to answer them for you. See our insurance page for a complete list of dental plans accepted.

Financing

We have discounts for the non-insured and we offer interest-free payment plans.

We accept: Visa, Master card, Discover, Care Credit, debit cards, cash, personal checks and money orders.

Referrals

We appreciate it when our patients recommend our office to their family and friends. Be sure to tell them to use your name when they come in so we can thank you.
